not every session makes it to the blog, but i have spent some bits of time across the past while updating my site. there is always more to do & i plan on giving it some time across next week. if you'd like to see more of my work, there are age specific galleries there (bottom left corner).
i've also made an exciting decision to tighten my portrait work to what i love best...what makes my creative heart dance.
i am now photographing newborns, babies, and children's portraiture exclusively. i am so excited about being an exclusive children's photographer! it is my passion & i know concentrating soul-y on sweet little people will let that shine in each session i take on!
i do only take a limited number of sessions per month. i made the decision in the very beginning that i would stick to quality & not quantity...this mindset allows me to give each session detailed attention from beginning to end!
i'm blessed to stay booked with fabulous clients & my wonderful little 'grow with me plan' clients alone keep me busy throughout the year (love you all!) especially my sweet little guinea pig!
my decision to photograph children exclusively will hopefully allow me to be available to do what it is i love most.
...i want to be available to the mom who desires a soulful, emotional capture of her daughter-before that hint of little girl fades forever.
the mom who wants her sons' sweet brotherly moment paused timelessly to admire on a dramatic canvas in the hall entryway to their rooms-forever.
and the mom who is in a sleep-deprived blur those first two weeks of her new little miracle's arrival...the newness comes & goes in the blink of an eye...& i want to pause time for her.
i am a custom photographer...i take great joy in meeting and getting to know each new little client. they each take a little place in my heart as i spend hours capturing them & then individually editing each photo according to how it is most visually pleasing.
the journey doesn't end there though. i will soon be posting a little about the custom service my clients receive regarding the ordering process...this is new & exciting; it's been well received & i'm happy to offer this additional service as part of your lindeymagee photography experience!
photography began as a passion for me-never anything less. before every teenager had a digital camera by her side everywhere she went, there was me...the lone film cameraman throughout school, then beyond. i loved it.
i recall that simply to say...i am so very blessed to be given the opportunity to do what i love & help provide for my family doing it. God is so good & i praise Him for blessing me with the ability to see the light, the heart to connect with children, and the joy of being able to return to Him just a fraction of what he has provided!
